Then step into the newly designed Nelayan Restaurant and savour the Jimbaran Grilled Seafood Experience for Two, comprising grilled baby lobster, baby squid, white fish, mussels, and king prawn served with seasonal vegetable, garlic butter and Hollandaise sauce.
Or taste the new dishes that tease the appetite with fresh seafood in aromatic Asian herbs and spices. Begin the dinner with Bali Yellow Fin Tuna Loin, Slow Cooked Octopus Salad, or White Fish Ceviche and Soft Shell Crab. Then, continue to nourish the evocative Grilled Black Cod, Seared Tasmanian Salmon Fillet, or Squid Ink Spaghetti and King Tiger Prawn. Puri Bar serves oriental-style refreshment daily between 11am and 11pm. Nelayan Restaurant cooks luscious seafood and international meals for lunch and dinner from midday up to 10.30pm.
