We’re both designers and passionate about sustainability, and we appreciate it through jewelry.
Ninety-five percent of this, our shared Mother Earth Collection, is made up of up-cycled materials, and the rest is made from recycled plastic bottle caps. The bottle caps are sorted and collected in Indonesia, to then be fused in the oven to make the Mother Earth spheres. Our collection is 100% handmade with love in Bali.
Heartening words from these two impassioned women about their latest collaboration. Korean-American Tricia Kim, whose brand Nagicia is globally recognized, came together with Indonesian designer Kristina Suryani and her Kreasi by DSP brand. The first is attuned to jewelry, the latter wants to minimize plastic waste in Indonesia. Together they created the Mother Earth Collection.
‘With this collection we want our audience to start living a greener life with less plastic, and to start spreading awareness about the dangers of plastic waste. We hope that you love our collection as much as we enjoyed making it.
“Happy Earth Day” they said upon launching their collection. I’m pretty sure they’d like every day to be Earth Day, don’t you?
