All good things come to those that wait!! Bai Yun Restaurant launches a full-on “Weekend Dim Sum Brunch”…Could this be true? Yep, 31 types, flavours and shapes of dumplings are on offer with full access to The Apurva Kempinski Bali facilities!
Bai Yun, the renowned Chinese restaurant at The Apurva Kempinski Bali, announces its new Weekend Dim Sum Brunch offer. Featuring over 31 assortments of home-made, steamed, fried and sweet dumplings, as well as gluten-free selections, the Weekend Dim Sum Brunch special menu is available at IDR 468,000++ per person from 12:00 to 15:00. Guests will also be able to enjoy to the 60-metre infinity pool and children’s slides, family watersports programme and beach activities. Memories are made of this (as well as image albums, IG feeds and FB shares with family!)

Chef’s specialties such as Peking Duck are offered, in addition to everyone’s favourite shrimp dumpling and shumai, fried selections such as Wagyu spring roll with perennial favourite sweet plates and desserts. Meanwhile, side dishes such as congee and crab-meat soup will complete this authentic Cantonese experience.
