The culinary team is led by Executive Chef Arief Wicaksono; Arief’s career spans for more than 30 years in Bali, Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. This experience shines through in the diverse menu, which focuses on a unique approach ‘farm to table’ freshness. Cocktails are designed by critically acclaimed Global Mixultant, Joseph Boroski .
Doors open properly on 20th May 2015 will see the Premiere of Azul Beach Club Bali with a special performance of music collaboration by DJ Mike Steva and friends followed by resident DJ Stevie G and Lady Flic until the wee hours. Doors open at 5 PM Admission IDR100K includes first drink.
