What better way to spend a Saturday night than feasting on locally caught seafood cooked over an open fire just steps from the ocean? The Bamboo Seafood Bbq at Karma Beach Bali is a delight for the senses with tables right on the beach where you can dip your toes in the sand enjoy sweeping views of the Indian Ocean, and a smorgasbord of succulent seafood dishes. The seafood is personally selected by executive chef Joseph Antonishek each morning and cooked on his custom-built bamboo bbq. Specialities include the coconut clams, octopus with a Borneo chili glaze, and tuna tataki with uni aioli. The bbq takes place every Saturday from 6pm to 10pm.
