Known for his high culinary standards and creativity in incorporating Indonesian flavour into European cuisine, Chef Salans has developed a menu of 20 a-la-carte dishes from appetizers to desserts, with an array of meat, seafood and vegetarian options to please everyone.

Every dish comes with clear instructions and we provide videos of how to assemble the dishes on our website to make it easy for everyone.
