Known for his high culinary standards and creativity in incorporating Indonesian flavour into European cuisine, Chef Salans has developed a menu of 20 a-la-carte dishes from appetizers to desserts, with an array of meat, seafood and vegetarian options to please everyone.

Chef Salans says: “We want to bring an exciting but reasonably priced fine dining experience to the doorsteps of everyone in Bali. The concept is simple and fun as you receive all of the ingredients for the dishes you have ordered pre-cooked, chilled and packaged hygienically and all you have to do is to warm everything up and assemble the dishes yourself.
“Everything is simple to do and you get both a great meal as well as to practice your plating skills. Every dish comes with clear instructions and we provide videos of how to assemble the dishes on our website to make it easy for everyone. We’ll even send one of our chefs over to give you a hand if you want!”
