A joint-venture initiative, in their effort to reduce carbon footprint The Apurva Kempinski Bali announced its latest sustainable initiative in partnership with Nissan LEAF, Bank Central Asia, and Danone Indonesia. The luxury resort has created an “Electric Vehicle Experience and Solar Panel Charging Hub” to offer guests an eco-friendly way to explore Nusa Dua and nearby attractions. As the only resort in Bali with its own EV charging station, visitors can now use Nissan’s electric vehicle, Nissan LEAF, to reduce carbon emissions while staying at the resort.

The Apurva Kempinski Bali has been committed to implementing sustainable practices into their programs and guest experiences. The resort’s efforts include creating a sustainable wedding package and growing various greens on their rooftop for a more sustainable kitchen. Meanwhile, Nissan has been dedicated to reducing emissions and providing electric vehicle technologies that benefit the environment and society. The Solar Panel Charging Hub partnership with Bank Central Asia and Danone Indonesia elevates the sustainability partnership to a higher level.
