Royalty and guests attended the soft opening of the Garcia Ubud.
Lodtunduh, a village that known for being one of the tourism destination, welcomed the new landmark in town, The Garcia Ubud. A five-star modern luxury boutique resort with a touch of contemporary Balinese elegance topped with personalized service and homey ambiance.
The resort – committed to sustainable accommodation – held a Soft Opening ‘Cocktail Soiree’ event on March 7th, 2020 with 150 invitees from media, agents, corporate, colleges, local officials and WIP guest; Vice Governor of Bali- Mr. Prof. Dr. lr. Tjokorda Oka Artha Ardana Sukawati, Msi and Vice Regent of Gianyar – Mr. Anak Agung Mayun arrived at the lobby for registration then escorted to the event venue which was the Ksuna Restaurant for opening ceremony. Started from the welcoming speech from Mr. I Gede Rai Arsana as an Owner Representative of The Garcia Ubud, welcoming speech from The Garcia Ubud owner; Ms. Yudia Ayu and ended with Wine Toast to declare that The Garcia Ubud is officially open for public.
Around 04.30 PM the invitees joined the ‘Resort Tour’ to explore the resort area. Started from the Ground Floor; they visited the Kids Centre and Meeting Room that dedicated for any kind of corporate event, gathering or private meeting with 32 guests capacities. Move to the First Floor, the invitees got a chance to admire the Garcia Suite Pool Access that comes with an innovative design concept that allows for direct access to the swimming pool. The Gym was filled with modern equipment to complete the guests need during stays. The invitees also escorted to One Bedroom Villa; a modern luxury accommodation comes with its own plunge pool and semi-open bathroom with rice field view which are very suitable for guest who seeks for privacy and intimate ambiance.
Right on 05.30 PM the entire invitees were back to the Ksuna Restaurant for Cocktails & Canapes that were fully supported from partners; Dimatique, Hatten Wine and PT Pratama Agung Niaga while serenade by live music performance from Joshua Setiawan Entertainment.
Later, the invitees were hypnotized by the Bonfire Ceremony from the nearby youth community which is Lodtunduh, Ubud at Ksuna Terrace. Through nature and community preservation, The Garcia Ubud hope the resort will become one of the most attracted and sophisticated destinations in the future.
