A brand new, bijou Japanese restaurant opened recently in Ubud. Head up to Jalan Bisma and seat yourself at one of the (only) 16 seats at Shichirin. Chef Agus Umbarayana, who focuses on fresh and high quality ingredients, is there to recommend the Salmon Kushiyaki, the Hibachi Enoki Maki, the Kakitamajiru or the Wagyu Tokusen Tenderlion. Watch him fire up the Teppanyaki, Konro Grill and Gyukatsu…Dive into a sea of flavours at this pared-back dining venue and watch the flames work their magic!
