Fire at the W BALI – SEMINYAK is transforming its ever-popular dining area into a bustling South-East Asian marketplace, with brunch at the venue coming to life as a Hawker House – Street Feast.
Hawker House promises to heighten every sense with a vibrant mix of flavours and aromas as the bustling mix of steaming trader stalls and food carts featuring tastes from all corners of Asia offer brunch guests a culinary experience they won’t forget.
There will be Asian noodle yum boxes, steamed buns, mixed satays, gourmet popcorn, and desserts like Es Campur with live ice shavings and fruit carvings.
Designed to experiment, share and savour, the flavours of Hawker House can be experienced in the bustle of the bazaar or outdoors in Fire’s al fresco area.
In addition to Hawker House, Fire hosts breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. The must-see breakfast buffet offers everything from eggs, through to fresh sashimi, through to congee and freshly baked goods. While the casual grill restaurant has a menu of fire-cooked prime meats (with a meat sommelier) and fresh seafood for lunch and dinner. Diners become part of the action, with the large open plan kitchen spanning the length of the space that is inspired by the spirit of the fire-themed kecak dance.
