John Hardy is pleased to present the newest collection from Creative Director Hollie Bonneville Barden. Inspired by the brand’s Balinese roots, this season’s offering is guided by the time-honored techniques and artistic legacies that birthed the brand.

For women, the new collection of Classic Chain with pearl celebrates the unique combination of the elusive Tahitian and pure white pearl paired against the signature meandering chain motif. Available in an assortment of rings, earrings, and multi-layered chains, no two pearls are alike and are each hand selected based off their unique appeal.

Inspired by time-honored Balinese craft and our rich archive, this season’s Dot collection combines the purity of line with the texture of carved chain and palu. The traditional technique of palu produces a lustrous, textured surface while the carved chain highlights the most intricate details. The collection is featured across bold cuffs, statement earrings, necklaces and rings.

Expanded upon for Spring, Lahar evolves this season with the introduction of wild blue sapphires in pendants, statement rings, and sweeping earrings. The collection continues to evoke the power and flow of lava, where ocean meets land and lava flows into the sea, these icy diamonds and blue sapphires are curated to emulate the twist and turns of these elemental forces of nature. Turbulent hues of blue sapphire are mixed with fancy cut hexagons, trilliants, and kites, reinforcing the strength and power of these stones – the second hardest after diamonds. Set against sterling silver and 18k yellow gold, icy diamonds are incorporated using three different setting techniques, highlighting the unique formations of these natural diamonds.

“There is a wild elegance which exists at the moment where natural drama collides with pure beauty. These creative forces meet in a crescendo and duality of art and alchemy,” says Creative Director Hollie Bonneville Barden.

The majestic Naga dragon, a symbol of myth and magic, is brought to life for Spring in double-headed styles for both men and women in an assortment of bracelets, necklaces, and rings. Joined together in an infinite circle, the double-headed Naga is symbolic of prosperity, love, and protection. This season’s updated expression features a variety of materials, including sterling silver, 18k yellow gold, black sapphire, and woven leather.

The men’s collection continues John Hardy’s philosophy of mixing and layering with bold chain styles showcased in a combination of woven leather, mixed metals, and stones, from tiger iron to black onyx. The Asli collection takes a more angular, geometric form for Spring, showcased across necklaces, signet rings, ID and woven leather bracelets. Celebrating the popularity of the box chain as a staple of the John Hardy man, this season’s assortment of sterling silver, bronze, and blackened silver create vivid contrast and timeless appeal.
