Jumeirah Bali, a five-star sanctuary of tranquility and relaxation, is pleased to honour Breast Cancer Awareness month with an array of events and partnerships designed to engage the community, empower individuals, and raise crucial funds for Breast Cancer Research and support. These activities aim to educate and inspire the local community, including guests and staff members, on the importance of self-examinations, early detection, and establishing a supportive environment for discussion and awareness.
Jumeirah Bali recognizes the power of collaboration in achieving impactful change, and by partnering with like-minded entities, the property hopes to leverage their expertise, networks, and resources to create more significant experiences. Walk In Pink
Guests are welcome to join Jumeirah Bali for a meaningful 5K walk dedicated to raising awareness and extending support to those battling breast cancer. This event, taking place on Sunday, 22nd of October 2023 from 06.00 – 09.00, aims to bring the community together to create a positive impact and promote the campaign. A sound healing activity will also be offered after the walk. Priced at IDR 150,000 net / person, 10 percent of the proceeds will be donated to Love Pink Indonesia – a non-profit organization that focuses on early detection awareness to support breast cancer.
Pink Sunday Brunch
Guests and locals alike may enjoy a delicious Sunday Brunch from 12.00 – 16.00, while taking part in a silent auction, with proceeds donated to the breast cancer foundation. Participants will listen to the inspiring words of the mother-daughter duo, Samantha Barbara, founder of Love Pink Indonesia and breast cancer survivor, and Chelsea Islan, American-born and Indonesian actress and activist, and after, will be able explore a Wellness Bazaar at Maja Sunset Lounge. Live music will add to the vibrant atmosphere. The event is priced at IDR950,000 ++ and will take place at the Segaran Dining Terrace on Sunday, 22nd October 2023 from 12.00 – 16.00.
