Pot headers take note … Lilin has closed its doors at the popular beach club and will soon be replaced by Kaum, the dining concept already introduced by the PH family to Hong Kong.
As they say: “Kaum will use traditional cooking methods, unique and little-known ingredients from across the Archipelago and a modern approach to create food that is forward-looking whilst still deeply rooted in the traditions and forgotten stories of Indonesia.”
So there you have it. Kaum will open towards the end of the summer. Ø
