In line with the launch of the festival Mari Beach Club brings SOLÉ to the table, a fine dining experience with a laidback twist. SOL? is brought to you by the head of Mari culinary team Swedish native, Chef Martin Loving, who’s worked at some of the most prestigious fine dining restaurants in his native homeland and throughout the world. Bringing with him years of knowledge and expertise in Mediterranean & Japanese cuisine, Chef Martin adds a unique touch on the menu with techniques rooted in his homeland. Inspired by coastal Mediterranean and Japanese dining experiences, Mari Kitchen immerses you in the sun-kissed flavors of the island and beyond. Both innovative and timeless, this is the kind of food that celebrates vibrant, seasonal and local ingredients that elevate dishes.
Mari Beach Club, presents an original approach to your typical beach club with a venue steeped in nature-based design and cultural inspiration.
