Meyasa Café – Sanur’s Very Own Secret Garden!

meyase cafe

Secluded amongst the lush landscape suppliers – Bali’s version of garden centres – on Jalan Hang Tuah, in Sanur is a newly created, stylish little gem of an eatery called Meyasa Café.

Set on the fringe of this bustling main road is a charmingly decorated oasis of comfort, serving a range of delicious soul food for its patrons. Having had its grand opening on the 18th of February, Meyasa has been busily trialing its menus on the public before its full debut this very week.

The Meyasa team is creatively preparing international and western favorites for breakfast and dinner, whilst for lunch, Indonesian classics predominate.  A daily choice of 15 Indonesian and Balinese dishes is beautifully presented for selection, accompanied by delightfully crafted fresh juices and coffees.

Indoor and outdoor seating options are available, and off-street parking for cars and bikes is also provided. Trading hours are from 7-10.30am for Breakfast, with Lunch commencing at 11.00am until 3pm.  A daily snack menu is also on offer from 11am until 8.30pm, along with delicious dinner favorites available from 5.30pm until 8.30pm. Closing is at 9.00pm. Beers are indeed sold, and, if it is wine you want, then do please BYO and note there is a Rp.50’000 corkage charge.

A brave claim from the owners, “We have the BEST chicken Parmigiana in Bali”. That’s some claim!  And the Aussies might be pleased to know that Meyasa also serves thick, fresh sourdough toast with VEGEMITE!

Take away options will be available on most apps. Catering also to follow.
