Bali’s first Mauritian restaurant, Ti Moris, has just released their new menu and we’re already salivating. For those who have never sampled Mauritian cuisine, think big bold flavours with Indian, Chinese, French and Creole influences. Take for example the beef bone marrow brûlée glazed with herbs and mustard, the cari mauricien with your choice of fish, chicken or lamb in an aromatic curry sauce, or the bouillabaisse loaded with fish, squid, prawns, mussels and vegetables in a broth delicately flavoured with fresh herbs.
