Celebrating the spirit of Ramadan in conjunction with EPIC TEN continues, W Bali – Seminyak set the stage for a unique culinary and beverage experiences with an epic week of collabs with Nusantara by Locavore. Presenting dinner inspired by classic Indonesian dishes at Starfish Bloo from 12 – 16 May 2021. Not to forget the beverage side, cocktail with Bali’s local components will also be a sole blend at MIA: Mixologist in Actions special edition on 14 May 2021 at Woobar by Raka, head mixologist of The Night Rooster by Locavore.
Nusantara chefs, Putu Dodik and Wayan Tiari, have designed menus inspired by classic Indonesian cuisines, combining the freshest of local, seasonal component and ethical meats in nuanced. The chefs will take over the island kitchen for five nights at a vibrant dining Starfish Bloo with highlight a la carte menu such as grilled satays with lontong (Sate tempe bacem, languan, ayam, plecing, rembiga and udang); from small dishes (cumi hitam, gohu, ikan palumara) to big dishes (tambus gurita, ikan bakar colo, brengkes udang, kagape kambing), or the guests can choose to have the set menu starting from IDR 550,000++ per person. End the culinary journey with es legenda, klappertaart, and variety of Nusantara cocktails.
Sits overlooking Seminyak beach, Starfish Bloo brings Pan-Asian flavors with a Western twist to the guests’ table. All the creations capitalize on the island’s bountiful and fresh seafood, exotic fruits, herbs and vegetables.
Raka from The Night Rooster will steal the scene when he takes over Woobar for a MIA special edition on Friday, 14 May from 4PM – 7PM. Guests will enjoy the sunset while sipping Raka’s magnetic cocktails using locally sourced ingredients. Another epic evening to remember!
