Poke Theory not only brings fresh produce to your rainbow bowls, but is also committed to fostering relationships with local farmers and fisherman. Their menu mirrors associations that highlight seasonal & local produce and sustainably sourced seafood and meat.

The restaurant offers a great selection of signature poke bowls and has the option for poke lovers to build their own bowls including vegan options!

For acai bowls (nature’s purple gold), having only three signature bowls, Poke Theory has another take on it. Having the acai come in a sorbet base gives them more variety to add into any of the bowls, such as coconut chia pudding, granola, nuts, fruits allowing you to savour every flavour in one single bowl.
