The maestro behind Gajah Putih’s culinary wonders is none other than Chef Alexei Dokuchaev. Despite being new to Bali, Chef Alexei brings a wealth of culinary experience, skilfully crafting dishes that not only please the palate but are a visual delight, impressing diners right and left.
A tasting menu of eleven courses features fresh and fabulous ingredients such as Chem chem, Flowers, Tuna, Berries, Prawn, Beef, Fish, Duck, Cake, Rosella sorbet or Vanilla gelato. Accompanying these eleven courses are eleven captivating performances creating a dining experience that will undoubtedly be as memorable in taste as in visuals!
