Commemorating the ‘prime of life’, Hanging Gardens Of Bali celebrates a youthful 17-year anniversary with a remarkable, newsworthy set of events. The launch of Elevate Bali by Hanging Gardens in Munduk brings an exclusive palate-pleasing month to share with guests as part of the launch celebration at both of the HGI properties.
The culinary team, led by Corporate Executive Chef Ridwan Hakim, has invited 2-Starred Michelin Chef Florian Neubauer and Josef Sukuf from After Seven Restaurant in Zermatt, Switzerland to Bali. Together they will treat guests to an immersive display of seven delicacies to be savored throughout 170 minutes and so set the stage to create unique and unparalleled memories and offer an everlasting, once-in-a-lifetime experience – welcome to The Wondrous Seventeen. This wonderful epicurean journey will be taking place exclusively over seventeen days, starting from September 1st to September 18th, 2022, throughout all HGI’s properties. This will definitely be one of 2022’s outstanding dinners in Bali.
Open to all guests staying at Hanging Gardens Of Bali and the next-door property, Nandini Jungle Resort & Spa, the 7-course dinner will start at 7pm and continues until 9.30pm. The 7-course degustation experience at Elevate Bali in Munduk on the other hand, will be a lunch event and run from 1pm to 3.30pm.
The three chefs have curated a degustation of 7-courses, showcasing the perfect balance of savory teased with sweet, with swirls of the unexpected; each dish will challenge your taste buds, and each dish is bound to arrive with much anticipation. Using seasonal, local and specifically sourced produce, the aim is to take you on an unforgettable and once-in-a-lifetime culinary experience. Expect a pleasant little surprise from the chefs when dining in during the weekends at Nandini Jungle Resort & Spa (3rd – 4th), Elevate Bali (10th – 11th), and The Hanging Gardens of Bali (17th – 18th)
