The rejuvenated Salsa Verde Restaurant offers a versatile dining experience suitable for various occasions. The venue boasts inviting interiors with an open kitchen and wood-fired pizza oven, creating a seamless blend between a dining and a living room ambiance. The adjacent outdoor terrace overlooks a tropical garden and the ocean, which transitions into an enchanting dining spectacle illuminated by lights and live DJ entertainment in the evenings.

Salsa Verde, acclaimed as one of Bali’s finest restaurants, showcases a diverse range of Italian culinary delights, including a beach-grill menu. The dishes are carefully curated using locally sourced, fresh seasonal ingredients from the island. Grilled offerings like King prawns, Tuna, Spanish mackerel, Red snapper, or Barramundi are complemented with special sauces and condiments, promising a flavourful dining experience. The wood-fired, brick oven produces an array of delectable pizzas with various toppings, while a selection of fresh pastas offers an authentic Italian touch.
